We have listed below a range of Frequently Asked Questions that you may find helpful.
You do not need a Domain Name to get started or to sell your products.
However, in order to successfully promote your website using Google and other Search Engines then we recommend that you use a Custom Domain.
If you already have a Domain Name, you can configure it to your website.
If you want to use a Domain Name that you already have as the Custom Domain for your website you will need to purchase an SSL Certificate.
You can currently use Paypal or Stripe as your Payment Processor.
You will be responsible for any transaction fees from a Payment Processor that you use.
We recommend Stripe as their Fees are lower than Paypal.
You will only need to purchase an SSL Certificate if you use your own Custom Domain Name.
All of our sites are fully secure with an SSL Certificate on our Core URL.
An SSL Certificate costs $29.99 per year as our sites are hosted on Amazon Web Services in America.
When you are logged in to your Website Builder Dashboard, if there is an Upgrade option for the Plan that you are on this will be shown in a Bar at the top of the Dashboard.
Every website has the option to display a QR Code button in the Header (Navigation Bar).
When you click on that button a QR Code is displayed which when scanned by a smartphone will open the that webpage on the smartphone that has scanned the QR Code. This will normally be the homepage for your website.
If you want to share a specific page on your site, for example during a sales promotion or competition, then you can share the QR Code for that specific page.
You can also download the QR Code from your Dashboard and then include it on printed materials to promote your website.
If you have a Custom Domain name then share that too.
You can also create a BitLy or TinyURL link that goes to the Core URL for your site.
